General Policies
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. Contact the box office if you wish to exchange your tickets for another date or event.

Please do not come to the theater if you are sick or have reason to believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, RSV, the flu or similar. In these circumstances, we ask that you contact the box office to exchange your tickets for another date.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the event start time. No outside food or beverage is allowed. Photos or videography of any kind is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Ten Fifteen Productions). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
